It's 2013 VIB Shopping Event time!!!

It's that time of year-- the one us Sephora VIB's wait for with bated breath-- the 20% off VIB holiday sale! The event starts Thursday, November 7th and runs through Monday, November 11th. I've been doing a bit of internet window shopping in preparation and have a few suggestions for all of you who are looking to take advantage of this sales event.

Palettes & Kits
In my opinion, this is the best time to pick up palettes that you've been eyeing but couldn't bring yourself to splurge on.

 Too Faced A Few of My Favorite Things: I'm intrigued not only because the eye shadow shades are gorgeous but also includes bronzers, blush, mascara, lip product, mascara and a makeup bag.

Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette: Gorgeous eye shadows-- UD's usual holiday act-- and it comes with a double-ended brush.

Urban Decay Ocho Loco 2: Speaking of UD, this year's Ocho Loco kit contains eight 24/7 Glide on Pencils, 5 of which are exclusive shades, and a Grind House sharpener. There's a nice diversity of shades in this kit.

Tools
These are usually big-ticket items, so 20% makes them a lot easier to justify in my book!

Clarisonic Mia Cleansing System: Well, what can I say, the rumors are all true! This cleansing brush has changed my skin. I've been using if for over 2 years now and love it. It really helps keep my skin clear and it's noticeable when I skip using it for a few days. Take the plunge!

Drybar Blowout in a Box: This kit contains a dryer, round brush, shampoo, conditioner, frizz fighter, and shine cream. Love the extras!

Nails
I love polished nails and mail art. I also love gel manicures but I hate to spend that much time at a nail salon or spend the time doing it myself. But having nice polishes and a nice color selection sweetens the deal for me.

Formula X for Sephora: supposedly these polishes have the look and wear of a gel polish without having to be cured with an LED light or soaked off. I'm totally intrigued! I love Atomic, Ignite and Black Cherry right off the bat!

Deborah Lippmann Gel Lab: I've heard about this product but have yet to try it out. Like the Formula X, it's supposed to wear and look like a gel mani. Want it!

Fragrances
Perfume-- how I love thee! I have a pretty decent fragrance collection but love to go into Sephora to sniff around.

Tom Ford Neroli Portofino: This is such an interesting and unique fragrance to bring me to the Italian Riviera whenever I take a whiff....ahhhh. But this stuff is expensive! 20% off might make me revisit this one-- just sayin'.

Random Makeup Bits:
I always come across products at Sephora that I love and love to snatch up during the VIB sale!

Make Up For Ever Aqua Liner: I think I scoop one of these up at every VIB sale. Love 'em. They are a waterproof formula with a stiff felt application for easy application. They come is a ton of colors to please even the most daring makeup junkie.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush: These are so awesome-- for 2 reasons: their wear time and their color range. They have everything from natural to loud shades, from matte to shimmer finishes. I own a bunch but that doesn't keep me from wanting more.

Ok, ok...I could keep going but my original intent was to provide a few items that are top of my list. I can't wait to go tomorrow and play 'til my heart's content!
