February Ipsy Bag!
That pink envelope arrived today! The pouch this month is hot pink with a white zipper and pink leopard print lining inside-- cute! I really like the products in this month's Glam Bag. And here we go!
City of Color Be Matte Blush in Fresh Melon: This shade is a beautiful bright coral. The formula is sort of powdery and rubs off the skin pretty easily. I doubt that it will have decent staying powder but might be nice over a cream blush.
J. Cat Beauty Eyelashes in EL15: These lashes seem to have a pretty flexible band and are lightweight. I don't really wear lashes but these are nice for a special occasion. Not sure if I'll bother with the glue or just grab for my Duo.
Phyto-C Velvet Gel: This product is supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles and be nourishing. This product really does make your skin feel velvety after application and it absorbs fast, so there's no downtime before you can apply makeup.
POP Beauty Plump Pout Mini in Fuchsia Freesia: The pink shade is a pretty sheer. The formula is thin and non-sticky, which probably means it won't have much lasting power but at least it'll be comfortable while I wear it. The lip-plumping aspect relies mainly on super moisturizing ingredients like avocado & jojoba rather than ingredients that cause that sometime uncomfortable stinging sensation. There is a very slight sweet vanilla scent but it's not overpowering and has no taste.
Zoya Nail Polish in Odette: This shade a a lovely dusty lilac with a cream finish. Very Springy. Can't wait to wear it.
This month's bag was full of fun products that I can't wait to play with more!
